In this joint project is the Ministry of Industry has collected a group of the Ministry of Industry, Board of Investment, Thailand Automotive Institute, and other relevant authorities to act as an advisory board for the project. Engine :
Carrying Grandis MIVEC engine (Mitsubishi Innovative Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control System) 2.4-liter capacity. Grandis engine technology is the most modern in the Mitsubishi product line that has been marketed in Indonesia.

MIVEC system is able to optimize the output by using a variable ignition timing. At low speed using a cam low / medium that makes the time valve with a small overlap, maximizing fuel, low torque & ignition minimize exhaust gas on cold starts.
